Throughout the year I love having flowers in my apartment. The local grocery store I go to wraps the flowers in simple brown paper sheets with little ivy patterns. Most people probably just recycle these lovely brown paper sheets, but I've held on to my recycled goods for this very reason ... WRAPPING PAPER.

Today was lovely indeed. The weather wasn't ridiculous, a mild minus six degrees with warm sunlight.
Mitten garland.
This morning Charmaine and I went for brunch, did some vintage window shopping. I even bought some treats for my Secret Santa!
My extremely messy braid and cashmere sweater.
I watched The Survival of Pigeons as Studied by Human Lovers and ran into the beautiful Rachel. Afterwards I did some Christmas shopping. Now to eat some dinner, get ready for the show tonight and possibly do some crafting!
Yesterday afternoon Charmaine and I went to the Rutherford House for high tea. The building is so charming, and the food is delish. I highly recommend going!
Two sleepy gals. Charmaine is mostly finished with school for this term and I am done my understudy run - relief!
Getting excited.
Right?
My new skirt!
Isn't this building beautiful!
My new coat!
I love this one! She's one tough cookie, because it was freezing out!
