For the second part of my Birthday fun, Remi and I headed South to Brighton for two days. We even stayed in a hotel. Fancy. Our room was the Parrot suit, which I loved. The view was lovely, we could even spot the pier from our room.
We spent most of our day wondering around the "twittens" and eating and drinking lots of glorious foods. We even managed to catch the Food and Drinks festival, where we had lunch. Afterwards we headed down to the waterfront with Birthday cupcakes in hand and watched this beautiful, dark storm rolling in. There was lightning and thunder, talk about a Birthday celebration!
After escaping the storm and eating our cupcakes, we had a little rest and then headed out for an evening stroll along the pier. After that we grabbed birthday dinner at the most delisious little vegetarian restaurant called
Terre a Terre. I would highly recommend getting the churrosimo for dessert, you will not be sorry.

The next day we checked out of our hotel room and went in search for Breakfast. I am so, so happy we ended up at the BlackBird Traditional Tearooms, it was such a lovely experience. The rest of the day consisted of a little bit of shopping, more wondering and eating, along with another walk along the pier and beach.
Do you have any favourite spots to go in Brighton?
Thanks for tuning in!
Love,
CP
