I had such an amazing time last night seeing the growth of my THAR family! 

Where is this all happening, and why have I not heard of it you ask...

job well done

The Edmonton theatre scene has just been thriving this month! 

So many styles - so many venues - so little time.

This is one of the things I love about Edmonton! 

I have - in one way or another - participated in 10 shows this month, with the 2nd Year Grant MacEwan Theatre Arts Student's Cabarets on the way!  

I wanted to say job well done to all artists that performed in a show this month. I look forward to seeing/hearing/feeling what you are bringing to the stage in April!

Dexter's Surprise.

I was just about finished watching all 5 seasons of Dexter, when my good friend D told me that he had seen Mr. Michael C. Hall play the Emcee in Cabaret on Broadway...

This was mind blowing, earth shattering news. 

How did this never come to my attention before!

I was used to seeing M. C. Hall covered in blood, holding a large knife in his hand...

But shirtless with suspenders - Nope. 

So turns out everyone's favourite serial killer is a musical theatre buff just like the rest of us!

What talented, kind, and supportive dudes! I am finally not freaking out about Saturday WOOT!

I even jammed in high heel taps - which was a first.

left for yin yoga (my newest love)

I almost fall asleep after class

I went and practiced a tap number I am working on for this Saturday

I ran the entire show for Saturday

I accidentally bruised the top of my foot

because I was wearing high heel taps and hit the top of my foot with the heel

So today I received some very good news!!!!! I have work for almost all of next season!!!!!
