Adeline's Attic

Last week I had the pleasure of helping out my friend, Jill, with her darling Etsy shop, Adeline's Attic Vintage. Aren't these 40's pieces absolutely stunning! I just love playing dress-up! Here are some of my favourite shots from the shoot!

You can take a look at Jill's shop here, and follow her on Instagram here!

Thanks for tuning in!

Love,
CP

  1. Beautiful pieces - I love seeing pendletons styled, particularly as I just got a very similar jacket myself :) CC x

  2. What a great collection, I hope your friend is still doing this!
I also have to say, and this adds to my appreciation of the clothing, styling and makeup, I found one of these photos (people seem to have stolen them left and right, hopefully they also bought from her store!!) - on a site labeled "Grace Kelly"! I have been researching Grace's life for over 20+ years so I have looked at her face, as you can imagine, quite often (I also found at age 9 that she was my cousin, so imagine a 9-year old who loves Princesses finding out she is related to a real one :) so there has been a photo of Grace on my desk or wall for almost 40 years!

Anyway! Sorry about the rambling, just wanted to really make the point that I had to look at the photo three times, and still wasn't sure it wasn't Grace during her modeling days in the late 1940's - early 1950's!! That is how accurate and pretty amazing these photos are! Being mistaken for Princess Grace? Not too shabby :) And very period-appropriate!
